About us
We were registered as a private company in Vancouver in 1999 and became limited in 2003. We specialise in hand woven
tribal rugs , we sell wholesale and retail.
All our rugs & kilims are hand woven/ hand knotted from wool. We don't stock or sell anything machine made.
Our Refund Policy
We offer a 3 days no question asked full refund policy on all rugs and kilims sold.
Local Customers
Our local customers who pick up their rugs or kilims from us and return it to us within 3 days from the date of purchase, full
money will be refunded. All items must be returned to us not later than 3 days from the date of purchase for a FULL refund.
Items returned after 3 days from the date of purchase. will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
We accept VISA & Debit for in store stransactions.
USA Customers
Can pick up your rugs or kilims from our store in Vancouver or can be sent to you by UPS fully insured, trackable at
minimal cost.
No taxes or duty for hand woven Persian rugs or kilims from Canada to USA whether you pick them up in person and drive
through from Canada to USA or if sent by UPS. We accept US Visa and debit card for in store transactions or Paypal for
online transactions for US customers.
International Customers or Shipped goods to Canada / USA
Our international customers or customers who require their goods to be shipped to them in Canada or USA must inform us
within 3 days from the date of receiving the goods that they wish to return it for a full refund of the cost . Full money will be
refunded LESS any shipping charges . Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning the goods to us and all other
charges that may occur such as Canadian custom fees.
We must be informed within 3 days by EMAIL only, if later than 3 days there will be a re-stocking charge of 15%. Goods
must be returned to us in their original condition and fully insured and trackable.
Please email for a return number from us before sending the goods back. Any item returned without a return number from
us will not be accepted.
Our Payment Policy
-Money Order from any US or Canadian bank or postal money order
-Cheque accepted from any US or Canadian bank. Please allow 5 days for a cheque from a Canadian bank and 21 days
from a USA bank to be cleared. Goods will be shipped or can be picked up in person ONLY after the cheque is cleared.
-We accept Paypal
-We accept Canadian Visa for in store or by phone for shipped goods from Canadian customers.
- We accept US Visa for in store transactions ONLY.
- We accept money transfer by email through Canadian banks, a simple way of sending money.
-We do accept Canadian or US Debit card for in store transactions.
